LightningCoach provides online leadership and coaching-readiness assessments, related reports, and a practitioner certification programme. Contact: admin@lightningcoach.com.

These terms apply whenever you use the site, take an assessment, or hold one of our credentials.

You may take any assessment we publish. Answer honestly — the output is only as useful as the input, and we make no promise about a result produced by deliberately misleading answers.

Assessments are self-development instruments. They are not clinical, diagnostic or psychometric tests, they are not a substitute for professional advice, and they must not be used as the basis for hiring, firing, promotion or pay decisions about any individual.

You must be 18 or over.

Your individual result belongs to you. Share it wherever you like.

We never disclose an individual result to an employer, sponsor or coach without that individual's explicit consent, and consent is requested from the individual rather than from whoever is paying.

Team and organisational reporting is aggregate only, and no breakdown is shown below five completed assessments.

We retain anonymised response data to develop norms and improve the instruments.

Certification is a proprietary credential in the LightningCoach methodology. It is not an ICF accreditation, not a coaching qualification, and must never be presented as either.

Admission criteria and the practitioner code of ethics are published and form part of these terms for anyone who applies.

We may decline an application, and we may revoke a credential where the code of ethics has been breached. A revoked credential is marked as revoked on its public verification page.

The readiness screen is free. Where a fee applies to the certification programme, it is stated before payment.

Fees are stated in the currency shown at checkout and are due in full at the time of purchase.

If you have not begun the programme, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment.

Once you have begun the programme, refunds are at our discretion — write to us and we will deal with it reasonably.

If we decline your application after payment, you receive a full refund automatically.

All assessment content, reports, rubrics and the methodology are owned by LightningCoach and protected by copyright, trade secret and a filed provisional patent application (LC-2026-ASL-001). Details are on our intellectual property page.

Taking an assessment grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use your own result. It grants no right in the instrument itself.

Reproducing, adapting or republishing scenarios, response options, rationales or report content in any instrument, product, course or dataset.

Systematic scraping, bulk downloading, or automated collection of assessment content.

Reverse engineering the scoring model, or attempting to derive the keys by repeated submission.

Building a derivative or competing assessment from our content or structure.

Using our content to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning model.

Presenting yourself as certified, accredited or affiliated when you are not.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
