LightningCoach
Practitioner Readiness Screen·Evaluative instrument

Scored against trained practice — not everyone passes.

Twenty situations. About thirty minutes.

This is a real screen, not a quiz. It measures four separate things, and most people find one of them harder than they expected.

Judgement

Twelve situations. You rate every response, not just pick a favourite — because telling a good answer from a nearly-good one is the skill.

In your own words

Three situations where you write what you'd actually say. Marked against a rubric. Recognising good practice is easy; producing it is not.

Ethics

Five forced choices between two flawed responses. Scored separately and never averaged into your total.

How you answered

We look at whether you rated everything highly, or barely separated the options at all. That tells us how much to trust the rest.

Before you start

·Answer as you actually would, not as you think a coach should.
·Several options will look reasonable. That is deliberate.
·Give yourself thirty uninterrupted minutes — you cannot save and return.
·You get a full breakdown either way, including why each answer scored as it did.
